Job summary

Biltmore Farms, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to represent the hotel from check-in to check-out and to greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will register guests, accommodate requests, and coordinate room status with other hotel teams.

This role requires the ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and anticipate guest needs. You should be comfortable with PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be part of a welcoming team dedicated to excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel through all stages of a guests' stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Accommodate guest requests whenever possible.
• Assign and register guests to available rooms.
• Coordinate room status with our other hotel teams.
• Familiarize yourself with all Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities.
• Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge.
• Must be able to work a varying PM shift schedule including weekends and holidays.
