Job summary

The position is property-based with shift-based scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, at our Pennsylvania property.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience: prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform efficient check-in and check-out.
• Manage room reservations using property management software.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
