Job summary

Doubletree TCC, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel reservation software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, maintain guest accounts, and provide accurate billing information.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requirements and special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing general administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service.
