DoubleTree Carson is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and answer questions with courtesy and efficiency. You will use the front desk system and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth stay.

Required are a HS diploma or GED, at least one year in front desk or two years in hospitality, and familiarity with Marriott Full-Service PMS. The role demands excellent communication, calmness under pressure, and a team-oriented attitude.

Formación

• At least one year of Front Desk experience or two years in hospitality.
• Experience with Marriott Full-Service PMS systems preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Check in guests and issue room keys using front desk systems.
• Answer phones and transfer calls as needed.
• Inform guests about on-site amenities and services.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for smooth operations.
