Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Isla Verde Beach is seeking a Front Office Agent to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

You will greet guests, manage the PBX and front desk systems, answer inquiries about services, logs packages, and coordinate with teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. Bilingual abilities, computer experience, and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Computer experience required
• Customer Services experience preferred
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk according to hotel standards
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours
• Manage front desk systems and log packages and messages
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports
• Promote promotions and guest programs
