Job summary

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain is a luxury resort in Paradise Valley seeking a Front Desk Agent to create exceptional arrival and departure experiences with warm welcomes and personalized service. You will greet guests, handle registrations, and assist with guest accounts throughout each stay.

Role emphasizes authentic connections, attentive service, and collaboration with resort departments to meet guest needs. Previous hotel/front desk experience and Opera PMS familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, sincere welcome and assist with check-in.
• Provide information on outlets hours and local attractions.
• Complete registration using the computer system and verify guest details.
• Assign rooms based on guest needs.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to departments.
• Back-up reports maintenance and up-to-date.
• Issue room keys and arrange special packages.
• Create new reservations and modify existing ones.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization.
• Handle cash and balance the house bank.
• Post charges to guest rooms.
• Answer calls promptly in a courteous manner.
• Retrieve mail and packages for guests.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve issues.
• Remain calm during emergencies and heavy resort activity.
• Summon bell staff for escort to rooms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Front Office Manager.
