Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage payments. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and sharing local information to ensure memorable stays.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with opportunities for growth and employee perks across Xanterra properties. Training in Opera for hotel registration is provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash/credit card payments.
• Competent with Windows-based software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and create a positive first impression with guests.
• Handle check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately process payments.
• Provide property information and answer guest questions to enhance the stay.
