Job summary

HVMG seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with a professional, detail-oriented approach.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively in English, and a willingness to grow within a nationwide hospitality portfolio. Hotel experience is a plus, with a strong culture of excellence guiding all associates.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, attentive face of the hotel, greeting guests and assisting throughout their stay.
• Check-in and check-out guests, handle reservations, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support career growth within the hospitality industry across roles in hotel operations.
