Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, professional service.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs; manage reservations.
• Operate the PMS system and manage daily reservations.
• Maintain front desk and back office cleanliness.
• Know daily operations, events, rates, packages and promotions.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash at shift end.
