Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, register arrivals, and provide courteous service in a hospitality-driven environment. You will handle payments, reservations, and guest requests, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. Knowledge of PMS systems is preferred; flexibility with shifts and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms and handle payments.
• Make, modify, and confirm reservations; balance accounts and conduct audits as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints; escalate to supervisor when necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables and assist with breakfast area during peak times.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
