Responsibilities

• Create a warm lobby environment by greeting visitors by name and learning about them.
• Answer phones with a cheerful, welcoming greeting.
• Make collection calls to prevent accounts from becoming delinquent.
• Answer basic center and business office questions and escalate as needed.
• Assist with daily candidate interview schedules and route interviewees appropriately.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Accept and handle payments at the desk per policy.
• Maintain petty cash and prepare administrative correspondence.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of office supplies.
• Maintain filing and follow emergency protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ records and report concerns.
• Attend orientation and training sessions and ensure mandatory training is completed.
