Job summary

Kings Courtyard Inn seeks a Front Desk Concierge, full-time or part-time, to greet guests with warmth and efficiency. You will manage check-ins/outs and help guests with reservations and recommendations in a luxury boutique setting.

The ideal candidate has front desk experience, strong multitasking skills, and familiarity with Windows and multi-line phone systems. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Front desk/concierge experience required.
• Luxury boutique hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to work two to three 7a.m.-3p.m shifts per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows computing and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and assist or redirect as needed.
• Book room reservations with accurate room type descriptions and quotes.
• Provide restaurant and attraction recommendations and secure tickets/reservations.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Kings Courtyard Inn is seeking a full-time or part-time employee for the Front Desk Concierge position. As the first employee the guest encounters, it is the concierge's responsibility to be gracious and efficient while upholding the company's reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury. Part-time and Full-time Availability

The part-time candidate must be available for two 7am-3pm shifts, and a full time candidate must have full open availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and assist the caller with their request or redirect the call.
• Book room reservations with accurate description of room type and correct quote of rate and included amenities.
• Assist guests with recommendations for area restaurants and attractions and secure tickets and reservations when requested.
• Perform check in and check out procedure with guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other staff to provide a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly with a keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work two to three 7a.m.-3p.m shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Front desk/concierge experience required - luxury boutique hotel experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows computing and multi-line phone systems.
