Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly with keen attention to detail.

• Front desk/concierge experience preferred; luxury hotel background ideal.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Windows and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and assist or redirect as needed.
• Book room reservations with accurate room type and quoted rates.
• Suggest area restaurants/attractions and secure tickets or reservations.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures with guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
