Job summary

Kings Courtyard Inn in Charleston, SC, seeks a front desk concierge to warmly welcome guests, handle inquiries, and ensure a luxurious, seamless stay. The role may be full-time or part-time and includes weekend shifts. You will assist with reservations, check-in/out, and guest recommendations, while maintaining impeccable hospitality standards.

Candidates should be friendly, detail-oriented, and proficient with Windows computing and multi-line phone systems to support a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work two to three 7a.m.-3p.m shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Front desk/concierge experience required; luxury boutique hotel experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Windows computing and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and assist or redirect as needed.
• Book room reservations with precise room type descriptions and accurate quotes.
• Offer recommendations for area restaurants and attractions and secure tickets/reservations when requested.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures with guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
