Job summary

Become the welcoming face at a premier 55+ homeowners association in Dove Mountain, Marana. Greet residents, manage front desk operations, answer calls, and provide administrative support to ensure a positive experience for visitors and homeowners.

Role focuses on ringing the front desk, handling payments, supporting events, and coordinating with staff while maintaining professional customer service and multitasking across duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• 2 years experience in Receptionist/Customer Service/Hospitality in an office.
• CPR/AED certification and ABC Basic Liquor Law training within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone lines and provide front desk support for residents and guests.
• Greet visitors and homeowners and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Manage membership payments for guest fees and activities; issue passes and reconcile revenue.
• Assist with resident events and light setup/teardown, sign-in procedures, and serving alcohol.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as directed.
