Hopelink in Shoreline, WA is hiring a Client Resource Specialist for a full-time, in-person role at the Service Center. The position entails welcoming visitors, assisting clients, and coordinating services with a focus on low-income families and diverse populations.

The role requires two years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to de-escalate in fast-paced or crisis-related situations. Training is provided and bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Two years' administrative experience with a busy client resource assistance focus, preferably in a social service setting.
• Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of social service programs and customer service.
• Computer skills required (Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook). Office 365 and Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing warm, professional service.
• Screen clients for services and schedule appointments when eligible.
• Answer questions about services and refer internally or externally as needed.
• Coordinate clients into the food market and assist with Food Renewals.
