Hopelink in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Client Resource Specialist to greet visitors at the front desk and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, in-person office environment. You will support clients, donors, and staff with warm professionalism and multi-tasking in a busy center.

This role uses Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint and Zoom; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Two years’ administrative experience with a busy client resource assistance focus in a social service setting.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and low-income families.
• Knowledge of social service programs and customer service.
• Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Information data tracking with Excel and processing cash, checks and other donations.
• Screen clients for services by asking questions to determine eligibility and schedule appointments.
• Provide frontline information about services and perform internal/external referrals.
• Coordinate intake, food market access, and renewal processes as needed.
• Handle routine office tasks, use Office 365 tools, and maintain calm in busy periods.
