Job summary

Hopelink in Shoreline, WA seeks a Client Resource Specialist for full-time, in-person work at the Service Center. You will greet visitors, assist clients and donors, and manage referrals while handling a fast-paced environment and sensitive situations with trauma-informed care.

The role requires strong customer service, two years of administrative experience, and proficiency with Office 365 tools. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Two years’ administrative experience with a busy client resource assistance focus, preferably in a social service setting.
• Knowledge of social service programs and customer service.
• Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with warm, professional service.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Screen clients for services and schedule appointments when eligible.
• Provide information about Hopelink services and make internal/external referrals.
• Coordinate clients into the food market and assist with Food Renewals as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint/SharePoint).
• Maintain desk coverage, answer calls, and document interactions for follow-up.
