The career opportunity : The Client Resource Specialist is one of the first points of contact at the Service Center’s Front Desk and is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors. They provide excellent customer service to clients, donors, visitors, and staff, and are critical to ensure smooth operation of the center. The environment can sometimes be fast paced and busy and at other times it can be slower. This position requires the ability to multi-task, solve concerns, be flexible, stay calm under pressure and discern issues when necessary. Must be comfortable working with individuals who demonstrate extreme or unpredictable behavior related to various kinds of crises or trauma including substance abuse, mental health disorders, and/or homelessness.
