• Five years of related experience including customer service and supervisory roles.
• Experience in front desk operations, collections, and patient intake.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and EMR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end collections, patient check-in and check-out; supervise staff to ensure optimal client service.
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and interdepartmental efficiency.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for front office staff; train and mentor team.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve workflows between administrative and clinical teams.
• Manage financial transactions, collections, and daily reconciliations; monitor client service metrics.
