Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills (in person and by telephone).
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities within a busy clinical setting.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team of clinical and administrative professionals.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary face-to-face client service at the reception or lobby.
• Register and greet clients, review and update records, and intake deposits.
• Coordinate discharges with clinical team and provide final reports.
• Manage scanning, printing, and retrieval of medical records.
• Handle switchboard duties and triage calls for ER and admin staff.
• Attend meetings and assist in SOPs and annual goals.
