Rutter Mills LLP in Norfolk, VA is seeking a dedicated Front End professional to join our Front End Department. As one of the first points of contact for current and potential clients, you will deliver a welcoming, professional experience while supporting the firm’s reputation for exceptional client service.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:30pm) with on-site work and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service to current and potential clients, visitors, and referral sources with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
• Manage incoming and outbound calls with accuracy, patience, and a positive phone presence.
• Collect, verify, and document client information while maintaining accurate, organized records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, referral sources, and team members to ensure timely follow-up and a positive client experience.
• Provide backup front desk coverage as needed, including greeting clients, visitors, and walk-ins and assisting with their needs.
• Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
