• Communicate effectively with clients, referral sources, and team members to ensure timely follow-up and a positive client experience.
• Provide backup front desk coverage as needed, including greeting clients, visitors, and walk-ins and assisting with their needs.
• Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
