Job summary

Lovet Pet Health Care seeks a Client Relations Specialist to greet clients, manage front desk duties, and support treatment teams. You will process payments, update records, and help customers with pet supplies and grooming purchases in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to create calm experiences for clients and pets in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Basic office skills including typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and clients with warmth and compassion.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring demeanor with clients.
• Answer questions or refer to the appropriate team member.
• Update patient records and process payments.
• Retrieve prescriptions and assist with pet supplies and grooming purchases.
• Keep the front lobby tidy and welcoming.
