H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face for clients and to support daily office operations in person in Coralville, IA. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.

With training and support, this role can lead to further opportunities in tax preparation or office leadership, and requires availability evenings and weekends during tax

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
