Qualifications

• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, call center, customer service or medical industries.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Experience working in a tax office, CPA firm, or financial services environment.
