H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a friendly seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office during tax season. You will manage client check-in, scheduling, and light office support alongside a team of tax professionals in person in Florida.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, and comfortable using basic computer tools. Evening and weekend availability is required to support busy periods and ensure a smooth client experience.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams) and scheduling systems.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
