Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and manage scheduling in person. You will support daily office operations alongside tax professionals and handle client intake, documents, and confidentiality.

This role offers hands-on client service experience during tax season with opportunities to learn tax preparation and office leadership, working evenings and weekends as needed in a fast-paced environment.
