Park Nicollet Health Services in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. You will serve as a Partner for Good by delivering friendly, front-desk and call-center support to patients and employer groups.

You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups, maintain confidentiality, and provide timely, accurate service. The schedule is 3 days a week, day shift, on-site.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Proficient operation of telephone/headsets, PC, printer, copier and fax machine.

Responsabilités

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients and employer groups.
• Greet patients at front desk, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals.
• Provide clerical support and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Deliver timely, courteous service and support process improvements.
• Support on-site clinic operations and patient relations.
