Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Call center and/or switchboard experience is preferred.

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• A Class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract are required, and transportation to work is required, as the location is not on a bus route.

Aufgaben

• The First Impressions Representative is responsible for receiving customer phone calls courteously and respectfully, discovering the needs of Birchwood customers, and directing their calls appropriately.
• Additional administrative or support tasks may be assigned as needs arise to support the overall efficiency of the team.
