Pet Paradise in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome pet parents and their guests at our Clift Farm resort. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, coordinate suite placements, and answer calls, emails, and messages with a warm, problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist).
• Detail-oriented with sense of urgency while providing exceptional customer service.
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to documentation.
• Enjoys problem solving to deliver premier guest experiences.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs; comfortable around dogs of all sizes.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, holidays, and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and their pets with a positive first impression.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-offs and pickups and coordinate suites.
• Answer phones, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Complete cashier and point-of-sale operations.
• Communicate with pet parents and leadership as needed.
• Maintain entrance lobby and restrooms per standards; assist with cat room.
• Coordinate with veterinary service team for appointments and status.
• Manage harnesses at check-in/out and ensure suites are ready.
• Ensure suites are set up properly for each pet.
