Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Pet Resort Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents and their companions, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations at our busy pet resort. Your love of animals, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment will help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Greet pet parents and their furry family members with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and provide detailed info about our services.
  • Check pets in and out for boarding, daycare, grooming, and other services.
  • Accurately manage customer and pet records in our system.
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with team members across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Occasionally assist with light animal handling during check-in/out.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or front desk role preferred.
