Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Associate at the Clift Farm resort. You will warmly welcome pet parents and pets, manage check-ins/outs, coordinate suite placement, and assist with phone, email, and cashier tasks.

The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 60 lbs and daily interaction with dogs of all sizes. Starting rate is $13.50 per hour with $0.50 increase at 6 months and another $0.50 raise on the annual anniversary, plus benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Detail oriented with urgency and accuracy in documentation.
• Cheerful, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and pet parents at check-in; manage check-ins/outs.
• Coordinate suite placement and pet walking for drop-offs/pickups.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails promptly; assist with inquiries.
