Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, process memberships, and promote a welcoming atmosphere on the club floor.

CPR/AED certification will be provided if needed, and basic computer skills are required. The role involves answering phones, addressing member concerns, and supporting daily operations while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering assistance.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process membership-related functions including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their membership needs.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities throughout the shift.
