Mountainside Fitness in Glendale, AZ seeks a friendly Front Desk Attendant to welcome Members and guests, assist with needs, and deliver a superior first impression as they enter the upscale club.

You will handle check-ins, answer questions, coordinate with teams, and support basic club operations, including equipment guidance and daily office tasks, with a consistent morning schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive — takes initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
• Operate standard office equipment including phones, computers, and copy machines.
• Accurately perform basic math functions related to daily operations.
