Mountainside Fitness in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a welcoming Front Desk Attendant to be the friendly first contact for members and guests. You will assist members with check-in, answer questions, and help maintain a positive club experience.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and reliability. This role offers consistent hours, on-site position, and opportunities for growth within our Mountainside team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle payments.
• CPR certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
• Uphold club safety policies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform simple daily math tasks.
• Complete tasks consistently and communicate any concerns to management.
