Job summary

Mountainside Fitness in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a friendly Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet members, assist guests, and deliver exceptional service at our upscale health club. You will handle check-ins, respond to needs, relay information to departments, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse membership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive — takes initiative and seeks out additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
