Mountainside Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet members and guests, handle check-ins, and deliver exceptional service in a premium fitness club. You will be the first point of contact, helping with needs, answering questions, and routing information to the right departments.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, dependability, and accurate handling of routine tasks. This is an on-site, hourly position with potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns.
• Communicate guest information to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
• Uphold club safety policies and dress standards; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform basic arithmetic related to daily operations.
