Job summary

Mountainside Fitness in Arizona is seeking a warm and dependable Front Desk Attendant to greet members and guests, answer inquiries, and support the front desk with courteous service that starts the moment they walk in.

You will handle check-ins, provide basic information about club amenities, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse membership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive and takes initiative; seeks additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in Members and guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate relevant guest information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and assistance to Members as needed.
• Uphold and enforce club safety policies to protect well-being.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with dress policy.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks to help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform basic math for daily operations.
