Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Front Desk Associate to drive membership enrollments, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service at the Kroc Center. You will process memberships, payments, and program interests using the POS system while maintaining professional representation of the organization.

Responsibilities include tours and orientations, assisting with events, and keeping program information up to date.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• One to three years of experience; OR
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Enroll members, conduct tours, and orientations.
• Process memberships, payments, and program interests.
• Provide courteous customer service and handle inquiries.
• Keep current information on programs, classes, events; assist with drives and events.
• Maintain proficiency with membership software and follow policies; report statistics monthly.
