Job summary

The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Phoenix seeks a Welcome Desk Associate to deliver exceptional service to members and visitors. You will be the first contact, promoting membership materials, processing CCMS memberships, and guiding guests with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include cash handling, front desk operations, tours for prospective members, and coordinating with program staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must be 16 years or older; 18 years or older preferred.
• Proficient computer software and typing skills.
• Service-oriented team player with the ability to remain positive with guests and staff.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal customer service at the front desk for members, clients, and the public.
• Handle cash, make change, and operate frontline software.
• Promote programs and events to members and guests.
• Greet and direct visitors professionally; route inquiries to staff promptly.
• Conduct Kroc Center orientation tours for prospective members and the general public.
