The role emphasizes friendly communication, problem-solving, and basic computer use as you help members navigate sign-ups, billing updates, and inquiries throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Answer phones politely and assist callers.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Conduct member tours to assess needs and promote memberships.
