Formación

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in retail or 1-year fitness experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Promote rewards, promotions, and Planet Fitness benefits.
• Accept payments, give change, and issue receipts.
• Maintain club cleanliness for part of the shift.
• Deliver fast, accurate customer service in a busy environment.
• Balance multiple tasks with a courteous demeanor.
