Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously with clear information.
• Resolve member concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Explain business procedures and policies clearly to members.
