Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX seeks a Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, register arrivals, and communicate hotel services. You will liaise with leisure reservations and inventory, handling payments and responding to guest inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This role offers a fast-paced environment with focus on service quality. You will be part of a team delivering memorable experiences, with opportunities to develop hospitality skills and grow

Front desk associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This position has additional responsibility serving as communications liaison for leisure reservations and leisure rooms inventory. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.If you have worked at other hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!
