What We Do

The Trade Desk seeks a Front Desk Associate for our Workplace Services team. This role acts as a cultural ambassador, managing high-volume, high-touch services to ensure a safe, positive, and productive workplace experience. As a visible point of contact, you will deliver excellent customer service to employees, guests, and visitors.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and support clients, employees, guests, visitors, candidates, and vendors at the front reception desk.
  • Manage building access, collaborate with security and Workplace Team.
  • Handle employee access cards throughout their employment lifecycle.
  • Support office communications, events, and activities.
  • Coordinate office functions like mail, desk moves, and room reservations.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage office issues via internal systems.
  • Keep the front area tidy and conduct regular walkthroughs.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and other teams.
  • Coordinate office morale activities and events.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with global Workplace colleagues on best practices.
Who You Are
  • Experience in a fast-paced office or professional environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Resilient and solutions-oriented.
  • Available to work in-office Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for emergencies and outside hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Comfortable in a high-traffic front-of-house setting.
  • Able to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
