Role Responsibilities

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with check-ins and questions
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone and supporting members’ fitness journeys
• Resolving member concerns and escalating issues as needed
• Answering phones and assisting callers
• Membership processing, updates, cancellations, and collections
• Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and amenities regularly
• Monitoring safety and cleanliness of all club areas
• Addressing maintenance issues promptly

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range is $17.00 to $18.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a free Black Card Membership. Some benefits are available to full-time employees only.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club
• Communicating in person and on the phone
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Encountering chemicals and cleaning duties
• Bending, twisting, and moving as needed
