This is a part-time position. The pay is $17.50 per hour. Shifts available now are: Wednesday-Friday, 11pm-7am.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses. You are the first point of contact for residents and guests, and are essential to creating a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring the lobby, handling calls, requests, and deliveries, and ensuring residents feel at home through genuine interaction.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations by effective communication with team members, management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for deliveries and access.
  • Coordinating contractor, realtor, and visitor arrivals and departures.
  • Advising residents and guests on property rules and regulations.
  • Promptly addressing resident requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents.
