Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New York, NY, for a Front Desk Staff member. At Roosevelt Road Specialty, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Staff member to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., computers, phone systems, printers)
  • Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
