This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $17 per hour. We are currently interviewing for a Sunday-Wednesday, 10am-6pm schedule.

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and their guests. Our Front Desk Associates are central to the property and highly valued by residents. Your responsibilities include welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, handling calls, requests, and deliveries.

Your goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, management, residents, and guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
  • Managing contractor arrivals/departures, and facilitating visits by realtors, buyers, and renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Responding promptly to resident requests, calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents.
